He is great in explaining every procedure he's going to do, he always checks on me while he's doing the procedure, he is compassionate and has done such a great job with my teeth, especially one that was near death. Natasha, the receptionist is very kind. She went beyond her comfort to help settle my young child while I was doing a procedure. That's exceptional customer service.
