- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at South West Vision Institute - I attended the practice with my 92 year old grandmother who required urgent treatment, everyone was wonderful. The receptionist who booked out appointment was so caring, the receptionist who greeted us was kind and friendly - my grandmother was so relaxed after their kind attitude. The clinical staff were gentle and patient with her, helping her complete the tests required and explaining everything along the way. Thanks to the kindness and efficiency of the team she was able to get the medical care she needed and has wonderful vision again. We were so happy with our experience at South West Vision Institute that when my father needed his eyes checked they were the first place we contacted and once again they were amazing!
