  The vet Yoshi provided good service, staying back over an hour to do emergency surgery on our dog, however, the receptionist Lisa was extremely rude to us over the phone for our followup session. We were told that we could just come in 5 days after without an appointment for a checkup by Yoshi, but when we called and Lisa answered she was incredibly hostile and unaccommodating - telling us that we needed to have an appointment and called Yoshi silly for telling us otherwise. I would have definitely come back to this vet, however, Lisa has just ruined our experience completely.

  The receptionist was friendly and welcoming to us and our doggo. We were made to feel at home and reassured as first time vet visitors. The vet was wonderful - knowledgeable and friendly.

  After being told my dog was underweight (very rudely may I add) I decided to get a second opinion from people who are not only in the animal care business but all of my second opinions came from people that were dog rescuers, dog breeders and farmers that live with and work with working breeds every day etc.. and not one of those 150+ people (yes 150 people) said my dog was underweight, I was advised that he was a Perfectly fit working breed dog and to find a new vet, not to mention an absurdly overweight dog came out as I got there and I heard nothing about that dogs weight, haven't been back since and I'd advise anyone that uses this very poorly run vet centre to find a vet that knows what they're talking about before they open their big mouths.
