- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I never went and saw Dr Chang he seems to be a very money hungry man. Told me that trainees will be working on taking my child's tonsils and adonids out. And he will not be present at all during the operation. He did mention that some operations don't do so well and if my child bleeds to bring them back in to see him. My entire experience was horrible. I will not have a trainee perform surgery with no surgeon on site. I am out of pocket $314 with no onsite Medicare rebate.Candice TruthAugust 29, 2017
